About Me

My name is Erica Boling. I'm a former Associate Professor of Education at Rutgers University and the owner and founder of Northeast K9 Conditioning, LLC, Northeast K9 Conditioning Academy, and ECB Aspire, Inc. I have over 25 years of teaching and research experience in developing online programs that work!   

I love helping canine professionals stand out within their industry and succeed financially by teaching them how to create and sell innovative, profitable programs. Another passion of mine is helping sport and working dog handlers create peak performance, canine athletes by teaching them how to integrate canine fitness into their training programs.   

I'm a Certified Canine Fitness Trainer (CCFT), Certified Canine Massage Provider, member of the United States Federation of Sleddog Sports (USFSS) and a member of their USA National Team. I'm also one of the founding members of North Pocono Search, Rescue and Recovery. My unique background and experience put me in the perfect position to help canine professionals like you who are interested in growing your business and increasing your income while also bringing more fun, freedom and flexibility into your life!

I have been teaching educators, and various other professionals, for over 28 years, and nearly 20 of these years have been focused on showing people how they can use technology to enhance online communication, teaching and learning. When I created Northeast K9 Conditioning, LLC and the online Northeast K9 Conditioning Academy, I brought all of this knowledge and expertise to the dog world.  

I am now on a mission to help transform both the personal and professional lives of others by sharing with them the unique combination of knowledge, skills and expertise that I've gained from my years of experience as a successful entrepreneur, canine professional and educator.
